I made this to complement a steak dinner. It was my first attempt at creating my own recipe. The family loved it.
Ingredients
- 1 box(es) 4 1/2 oz box vanilla pudding (regular or sugar-free)
- 1 can(s) 8 oz can crushed pineapple - drained
- 1 can(s) orange pineapple concentrated juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) corn starch
- 1 1/4 cup(s) of cold water
- 2 3/4 cup(s) milk - regular, low fat or skim
