Chewy double chocolate persimmon cake recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup of persimmon pulp
• 1 cup flour
• 2/3 cup of sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil + 1 tbsp butter
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 5 heaping tbsp chocolate powder
• 1 tsp instant coffee granules
• 2 big handful of dark chocolate chips
