- 50 g Black Olives pitted and sliced
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 200 g Chicken Breast (use leftovers from last nights dinner)
- 4 Dried Basil Leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 SuperValu Courgette finely sliced
- 1 tsp SuperValu Tomato Purée
- 300 mls Water
- 100 g Wholewheat Spaghetti
