Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 8 of your favourite sausages
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 sticks celery, chopped
• 1 large carrot, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 x 400g tins Merchant Gourmet Puy lentils, drained
• 150ml white wine or chicken stock
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 sprigs rosemary
• 2-3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
