• 1/4 lb Larding pork
• 1 Pheasant
• 1 Tangerine (whole)
• 1/4 c Mandarine Napoleon
• 2 tb Celery leaves,
• 1 1/2 c Port (*NOT* "cooking port"
• 2 tb Mushroom peelings
• 12 Juniper berries
• 1 c Sour cream
• 1 Bay leaf
• 2 whole Cloves
• 5 sl Onion (slice thin)
• 1 sl Lemon (peeled
• 10 Peppercorns
• 1 Garlic
• 1 tb Parsley chopped fine
