• oil 1/3 cup
• cumin seeds 1 tsp
• green chilli 2 (chopped)
• onions 2 medium (grind)
• ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
• coriander powder 2 tsp
• turmeric 1/2 tsp
• salt 1 tsp
• garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
• red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
• Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
• tomato ketchup 6 tbsp
• tomatoes 2 medium (grind)
• green chilli 4
• fresh coriander hand full
