Sausage and Marmite Pie - Pinch Of Nom

Ingredients

• 800 g potatoes (peeled and quartered)
• 2 small red onions (peeled and thinly sliced)
• 1 red pepper (deseeded and finely diced)
• 8 low fat sausages (each sliced into 5/6 pieces)
• 200 g mushrooms (thickly sliced and roughly chopped)
• 400 g can of chopped tomatoes
• 400 g can of butterbeans (drained)
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 red wine stock pot
• 2 tsp garlic granules
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1 medium egg
• 2 tsp Marmite
• low calorie cooking spray
• salt and pepper to taste
