• 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Onion finely chopped
• 1 Tomato finely chopped
• 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil finely chopped (optional)
• 2 to 3 tablespoons Homemade Pizza And Pasta Sauce
• Mozzarella cheese as required
• Dried oregano as required
• Red Chilli flakes as needed
