Pizza Pinwheels recipe by Zaakirah

Ingredients

• 500 ml cake flour
• 10 ml instant yeast
• 5 ml sugar
• 3 ml salt
• 20 ml olive oil
• 180 ml warm water
• 500 g Grated mozzarella cheese
• 1 kg chicken fillet cubed and cooked in any moist recipe of choice:
• 2 teaspoon ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon bbq spice
• 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• red chillies to taste
• 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 tablespoon mayo
• 1 tablespoon tomato
