- 3/4 cup chicken stock , divided
- 1 dried bayleaf
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 4 (6-8 ounce) gulf fish fillets , skin on, scales removed (or no skin)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon blackened seasoning (more or less to you likening)
- Camellia Brand Jambalaya Cajun Seasoning Mix with shrimp (can be made without shrimp)
- Sauteed Veggies (of your choice)
