- 0.25 tsp chopped fresh habañero pepper (or more to taste)
- 5 oz (142 g) can coconut milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb (454 g) Uncle Ben's long-grain rice
- 0.5 cup chopped red bell pepper , for garnish
