Ingredients

• 1 cup (150 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp ground ginger
• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
• ½ tsp salt
• 6 eggs, at room temperature
• ½ cup (105 g) brown sugar
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) molasses
• 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) canola oil
• 2 cups (500 g) mascarpone cheese
• ¾ cup (180 ml) dulce de leche
• 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
• Store-bought or homemade gingerbread cookie stars (or other shapes)
