Ingredients

• 2 Eggs (or 3 egg whites; or
• 1/4 c Snipped chives
• 1/2 c Mixed peppers; sweet and
• 2 tb Olive oil (substitute 1 T
• 1 c Red lentils
• 1 tb Chives; sliced
• Salt and pepper
• 1/2 c Mixed citrus supremes.
• 1/4 c Onions; diced
• 1 c Whole wheat flour
• 3 tb Cilantro; chopped
• 1/2 c Diced tomatoes
• 2 tb Onion; diced
• 1/2 c Tequila
