Pasta with chorizo and paprika sauce - Serving Dumplings

Ingredients

• 400 g pasta
• 200g chorizo, cut into slices
• 3 red paprika’s
• 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
• 200 g sun dried tomatoes in oil
• 150 g little mozzarella balls
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons pine nuts
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon dried paprika
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• salt and freshly ground pepper
• bunch of basil
