• 5 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
• 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 115g (1/2 cup) of sugar
• 100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 60ml (1/4 cup) water
• Ground cinnamon to taste (I used ± 1/2 tbsp)
