Chanterelle Mushroom Pie – Crucible Cookware

Ingredients

• 150 g of butter
• 3 1/2 dl flour (approx. 210 g)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp cold water
• 2 L fresh chanterelles (approx. 600 g)
• 1 yellow onion
• 2 tbsp of butter
• 150 g grated cheese
• 3 eggs
• 2 dl whipping cream
• 1 dl of milk
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
