Ingredients

• 1 x 12 – 16 lb (7.26 kg) turkey
• 2 limes or 0.5 cup vinegar
• 0.5 stick of margarine
• 2 tbsp of meat tenderizer
• 0.75 – 1 tsp of black pepper
• 1 tsp of garlic salt or powder
• 1 tsp of thyme
• 2 round recardo balls
• 0.5 cup of shortening or cooking oil
• 2 tbsp of Lea and Perrin worcestershire sauce
