• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 4 cups beef broth
• 1 cups water
• 3 cups sauerkraut
• 3/4 cup uncooked white long-grain rice
• 1 tsp finely chopped fresh sage
• salt, (to taste)
• chopped fresh flat leaf parsley, (for garnish)
• garlic bread, (for serving (optional))
