Ingredients

• 1 pound of beef roast
• 1 can of carrots
• 1 can of green beans string or cut
• 1 can of corn
• 3 potato's
• 1 cup of chicken stock
• 1 TB of oregano
• 1 TB of garlic salt
• 1 TB of parsley
• 1 TB of chopped onions seasoning
• 1 TB of celery salt
• 1 TB of onion powder
• 1/2 TB of pepper
• 1 cup water
