- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seed 1 tbsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Flour 2 tbsp mix in 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
- Green chilies and fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
