Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 1/4 cup chopped dill
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 8 cups baby spinach
• 8 cups mixed salad greens
• 2 English cucumbers; peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and thinly sliced
• 3 cups heirloom cherry tomatoes, halves or quartered, depending on size
• 2 bunches Easter egg radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
• 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
