- 2 tbsp water
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 4 soft tortillas
