Peach Pound Cake Cupcakes with Peach Conserve by Woodhill Cottage
The perfect cupcake recipe for any celebration made with our Southern Peach Conserve which makes it tasty and not too sweet.
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup WOODHILL COTTAGE PEACH CONSERVE , for batter
- Additional WOODHILL COTTAGE PEACH CONSERVE , for filling (approx. 1/3 cup)
- Peach Buttercream Frosting (recipe below)
- Garnish: peach slices, mint sprigs
