Halloumi Cheese and Olive Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 Pirate Bread Sourdough Pizza Dough
• 1/3 C olive oil
• 1 6-7oz jar/can tomato paste
• 1 T Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes ((adjust to taste))
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 tsp Dill
• 2 colves garlic, minced
• 1/2 C white wine
• 1/2 C water
• 1 6oz bag Organic Valley Mozzarella ((or try Italian Blend!))
• 1 8.8oz pkg Halloumi Cheese, cubed
• 1 4.8 oz jar Kalamata Olives, halved
• oregano (for sprinkling)
• olive oil (for brushing)
