• 8 – Baker Potatoes (large)
• 1 TB – Cooking Oil
• 1 Cup – Heavy Cream
• 2/3 Cup – Sour Cream
• 1 Cup – Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• ¼ Cup – Chives, minced
• 3 TB – Butter Blizzard Garlic Butter Rub
• ½ Cup – Shredded cheddar Cheese (for final melt)
• Minced Chives – For Garnish
