- 1 kg prawns / I used black tiger
- 2 blobs garlic butter
- 7 to 8 freshly chopped garlic cloves
- Green chillies
- Green dill a nice handful ( this is what gives the flavour)
- Freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
- 1 teaspoon portueguese spice
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 5 tablespoons Minnie's portueguese peri peri sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- ¼ cup water
