• 50g cornflakes.
• 2 egg whites.
• 2 tbsp plain flour.
• 1/2 tbsp garlic granules.
• 1/2 tbsp onion granules.
• 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika.
• 1/2 tsp mild chilli powder.
• 1/2 tsp salt.
• Black pepper, to taste.
• Low calorie cooking spray.
• 2 brioche buns, sliced and toasted.
• 2 tbsp light mayonnaise.
• Iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced.
• 30g of feta, crumbled (optional).
