SHEET PAN CHICKEN NACHOS - Community Kitchen

Ingredients

• 2 lb rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 2 T olive oil
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed + diced
• 1 chipotle pepper in adobe sauce, diced
• 2 T adobe sauce
• 1 C black beans, drained + rinsed
• 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
• 1 C pico de gallo
• 2 C shredded Mexican blend cheese
• 1 C guacamole
• 1 C sour cream
• 1/4 C cilantro, roughly chopped
• 1 bag thick tortilla chips
