Ingredients

• 2 balls of prepared pizza dough (or two cans of refrigerated pizza dough)
• 1 lb. Purnell’s “Old Folks” Italian Sausage
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 1 onion sliced
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• pinch of salt
• marinara sauce for serving
