• 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces
• 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel tomatoes
• 1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
