- 400g plain flour, sifted
- 4 tsp McKenzie's Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa powder
- 1 1/3 cup (320ml) water
- 460g unsalted butter, room temperature
- 8 cups icing sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Nutella
- 2/3 cup (160ml) thickened cream or full cream milk
- 1/2 tbs (optional) McKenzie's Cream Stabiliser
