- 2 lbs of top sirloin beef steak or lamb (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tbs of lemon juice
- Cooking spray (either canola or olive)
