These fried cheese stuffed meatballs are perfect as an appetizer. They also keep well in the freezer for later.
Ingredients
- 450g Stefano classic meatballs
- 12 ½-inch mozzarella cubes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup panko or Italian breadcrumbs, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 ½ cups Stefano marinara sauce
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
