• 8 ounces salmon
• salt and pepper to taste

• 12 ounces spring mix
• fresh chives, chopped
• yellow tomatoes, halved
• dried cranberries
• fresh ground black pepper
• pecans, chopped, garnish (optional)
• 4 slices crispy cooked thick-cut bacon, crumbled
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 4 tablespoons Fustini's Jalapeno Lime balsamic vinegar
• 2-4 tablespoons Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
