Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Heavy cream
• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
• 7 small Red onion, minced
• 2 Tbs. Lemon juice
• 7 small Clove garlic, crushed
• 3/4 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground pepper
• 1/4 cup Minced parsley
• 1/4 cup Minced fresh dill
• Lettuce leaves
• 1 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard
• 2 pounds medium Red COLORADO potatoes, quartered
• 1 pound Asparagus, cut into 2-inch lengths
• 1 10-oz. package Frozen peas
• 1 small Red pepper, cut into strips
• 1 small Yellow pepper, cut into strips
