Ingredients

• 2 tsp Italian spices
• 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
• 3 TBSP butter
• 1 large yellow onion
• 1 large Idaho potato
• 2 28-ounce cans of tomatoes
• 1 6-ounce can of tomato paste
• 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 TBSP sugar
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream (uh huh)
• 1 cup chopped fresh basil
