Ingredients

• 28 oz diced tomatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 medium carrot
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 tbsp parsley
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp roasted garlic
• 1 stalk celery
• 1 medium onion
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
