Ingredients

• 3 medium desiree potatoes
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbspn flour
• 1/4 tspn sea salt and pepper
• 2 garlic chopped gloves finely
• 1 shallot chopped finely
• 2 Tbspn grated parmesan cheese
• 70g baby spinach leaves chopped
• 100g finrly diced feta
• few finely sliced basil leaves or chilli
• coconut or macadamia oil for frying
