• 6 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 1 Tablespoon Salt, plus more to taste
• 1/8 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper, plus more to taste
• 3/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon Black Walnuts, Lightly Toasted
• 3 cups Heavy Cream
