Ingredients

• whole chicken ( 1 or 2)
• 1 1/2 c water
• 1 large onion
• 1 tsp Italian spice
• 1 tsp poultry seasoning
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp seasoning salt
• 2 tsp garlic salt
• 1/4 c of your favorite BBQ sauce
