• 4 slices of bacon, sliced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 cups of sliced okra
• 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
• 1 medium pepper, chopped
• 1 teaspoon of cajun seasoning
• Kosher salt and pepper
• 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
