Simple Chicken Bruschetta Bake
While this isn't a true bruschetta, this creative Italian casserole dish of chicken, tomatoes, basil and stuffing mimics the popular appetizer and makes a filling entree for the entire family.
Ingredients
- Box of Stove Top Stuffing
- 1/2 c. water
- 1-2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/2 – 1 c. Mozarella Cheese
- 1 T. Chopped Fresh Basil (or 1 tsp dried basil)
