• 4 cups of basil
• 2 jalapenos with seeds
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
• 2 teaspoons salt

• 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 pounds ground beef
• Pesto (from recipe above)
• 1/4 cup Sutter Home Pinot Grigio
• 2 medium sized red tomatoes chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 4 tablespoons chopped yellow pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme
• 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
• 1 cup The Greek God’s plain yogurt
• 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• Vegetable oil for brushing the grill rack
• 6 Bakery Wheat Buns
