Ingredients

• 2 14-ounce cans black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
• 14-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 14-ounce can fire roasted tomatoes, drained
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 bunch of green onions, sliced
• 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 3 jalapenos, minced
• 1 cup fresh grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
• 3-4 ears fresh grilled corn, cooled and removed from cob
