Bond salad recipe

Ingredients

• 0.25 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 Bouquet broccoli cut into small pieces
• 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 Large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• 2 tsp Chopped fresh thyme
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 dl Plain yogurt
• 5 dl Fresh corn kernels (from 2 large cobs)
• 750 g Red Potatoes cut in 2 ½ cm chunks
