• 2 cups (500 mL) water
• 2 cups (500 mL) green lentils
• 1 bay leaf
• 3 cups (750 mL) chopped Swiss chard, kale, or arugula
• 1 cup (250 mL) corn
• ½ cup (125 mL) chopped fresh parsley
• 1 lemon, zest and juice
