• 1 Meyer lemon
• 1 pound pizza dough
• ½ cup shredded Real California Fontina cheese
• ½ cup shredded Real California Mozzarella cheese
• 1 small or ½ large bunch dandelion greens, tough stems removed, leaves roughly chopped into 2-inch pieces
• 1 ounce Real California Dry Jack cheese, cut into wide strips with a vegetable peeler or mandoline
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
