Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 large onion chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 14-oz can tomatoes, drained and chopped
• 1 4-oz can diced green chilies
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup cream
• 12 - 14 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 1/2 pounds cheddar cheese, grated (or your favorite mix)
• Tabasco
• Salt & pepper
