- 1 Teaspoon vanilla (I use Nielsen-Massey)
- 1 Teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 4 Tablespoons boiling water
- 1 Tablespoon of sifted corn/starch flour (to add separately)
- 1 Cup of heavy cream
