• 1 pound lobster meat, diced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• pinch nutmeg
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 egg
• 2 Tablespoons Sherry wine
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
